- Please note slight variations in size will naturally occur in baking and as we hand pipe, but we make sure everything is suitable and up to standard to send!

All cookies are shipped ground and the date provided by the carrier is not guaranteed, if expedited orders are needed Shipping costs will increase, but the dates will be guaranteed through the carrier. Allie's is not liable or responsible for late, delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We rely on the carrier and the service they provide to get you your items as promised, any trouble with packages will have to file claims with USPS with your tracking information which will be provided. After your item ships we are unable to change shipping information so please verify your information. Allie's Sweet Tooth cannot be responsible for broken cookies, lost packages, misrouted packages, packages that are delayed due to inclement weather, or packages that do not get to you by the expected delivery date. Once the package is out of my hands, unfortunately it is out of my control. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, it is up to you to let me know that you would like to purchase Express shipping.
