Allie's will ship your cookies on time for delivery. IF in the rare event that your package is redirected, lost, damaged, or stolen, Allie's is not liable. In the event that anything happens, you must contact the carrier. We provide all tracking information and insurance information, you must be able to track and follow your package. We will do everything we can to help but once the package leaves our hands, we can not intercept, change, or protect it. We rely on the carrier.
